最近情報収集目的と思われるアクセスが増加しています。
そのこと自体については特に問題とはしませんが、中には非常に迷惑なアクセスの仕方をしてくるものがあります。
つきましては、以下のようなアクセスはお断りします。

１. 多数のIPアドレスから、あるいは多数のUser Agent名を使ってアクセスしてくる場合。   - 当方の都合で恐縮ですが主にIPとAgentでログを管理しておりアタックアクセス等のチェックがしにくくなります。 - はっきり言ってログ件数が増えてとてもうっとうしい。 ２. 短い時間間隔で多数のページあるいは同じページに多数のアクセスをしてくる場合。   - サーバーに大きな負荷がかかり、遅くなって一般の読者が迷惑します。 ３. 挙動から明らかに一般的なブラウザではないのに一般ブラウザ名を名乗るアクセス。   - 極力エラーが出ないようブラウザによってコード振分をしており、ブラウザ名を偽られると余計なエラーを起こします。 ４. robots.txtを無視する情報収集アクセス。   - 情報収集robotには一部アクセス禁止やアクセス頻度などを規制しています。 ５. サイトにありもしない特殊なアプリケーションやログインページなどをねらってくるアクセス。   - 明らかに不正攻撃をねらったアタックアクセスとみなします。

以上のようなアクセスについては本来のページは表示せず、アクセス拒否、あるいは強制的にこのページに飛ばしています。

もし決してそのようなアクセスではないのにこのページが表示された場合、現在お使いのインターネットのアドレスや周辺のアドレス、あるいはドメインが過去に迷惑アクセスに使われたなどの可能性があります。
その場合異なる接続からアクセスしてみるか、不運と思ってあきらめてください。

These days I, the master of this website, have recognized accesses here that seem to collect any informations and the number of them is increasing.
It's not an issue for this notice yet exists some of them which behave like a "spammer". So accesses are stricted...

1. If they attempt to do that from many different IP addresses or with many different user agent names. As I've been managing access logs by IP addresses and agents, it's hard to analyze whether accesses like this way did DoS attack or not. They annoy me and I don't want that to happen, honestly. 2. If they attempt to do that repeatedly in a short time to many pages or same page. Accessing this way increases a load of this server and it bothers people who visits here. 3. If they behave as if they had done that by a popular browser while they are not actually so. I worked very hard to prevent errors from occurring by browser-sensitive code and it can cause an unwanted error if your browser's user agent tells a fake name of itself. 4. If they ignore robots.txt with collecting information. (Now restricting / limiting to access for some robots.) 5. If they attempt to access private applications / login pages, or something else like that. The server assumes that accesses of this way are now trying to attack him.

The server are now denying these accesses, or redirecting you to this page as his responds.

If you are redirected to this page not by spam-accesses, it's possible that your IP address/addresses around the address/its domain were assigned in order to spam-access. At this time you can't go to where you want, try to establish a new Internet connection or you can just unfortunately give up.
